Factory Automation - Heian Robotech System

A wholly new concept in CNC Panel Production has been designed by Heian, combining Routers with Intelligent Robots, and an automated palletised warehouse.

Systems are tailor-made for each customers' production requirements and may be built-up in stages to help spread the capital investment.

The final stage of the system includes the total computer integration of all parts, creating an unmanned automated factory, converting dimensioned stock from warehouse, to despatch.

Called the Heian Robtech System, various installations have already been successfully installed and over 70 patents relating to the system have been applied for.
