Heian's high performance and easy to use DOOR PROCESSING LINES, for interior and exterior doors, including fire doors.

Extensive use has been made of our experience in the introduction of automated processing systems for products such as panel for household furniture and housing, and special materials for system kitchens, in order to create a flush door and sliding door processing line which can produce single lots of each product (one-offs) by using bar codes.

This processing line offers much greater productivity than conventional mass-production methods for door, with no losses in operating efficiency.

There is also an automated processing system for scheduled operation which is controlled from a single comprehensive control panel, combining both software and hardware to provide a system that admirably caters to customer needs.
